Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Two people at Valvoline spent 30 minutes to get my brake cover off to replace a brake light bulb... I would never have been able to do it. They were determined! Then I had low tire warning lights going off and they pumped up my tire twice, no charge, since I was a customer, and it was a weekend (harder to find a repair place right away.) That made me happy, because the last time I tried to get air checked in my tires, I was told I would be charged, so I left. This time it was an emergency, and I expected to be charged and was pleasantly surprised I was not.

Thank you for your kindness during our oil change service and for helping get George calm—and for the cute ducky! It’s not easy juggling car maintenance with a little one, but your team made it feel effortless. Friendly humans doing hard work. Ryan, Matt, and Isaac are a dream team. We are so grateful for you!

Being my first time I think it would have been good to explain a bit more of what to expect. There was a decent wait in the drive thru that I didn't realize would be the case until I got there (I expected 15 min). It was also a little hard to hear the attendant and much more expensive than anticipated. That being said, I really appreciated all the checks on the car and it was very quick once I was in. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great place to stop always received good service here for my multiple vehicles. I have only had one issue with this location in the past and the issue was resolved with the location directly, offering to replace the damaged part. Overall they really did right by me with honesty and accountability. Technician was inexperienced so the service took a long time, and when checking my cabin air filter for cleanliness he did not know how to disassemble the interior panels and broke an interior panel clip. When he decided that he would not figure it out he asked a more experienced technician for help. The experienced technician began to show the inexperienced technician how to do it the inexperienced technician walked away mid conversation, when he came back the experienced tech showed the inexp

The team at the Prince Frederick location was outstanding from start to finish. They greeted me right away, explained the services clearly, and worked efficiently without making me feel rushed. What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail—they double-checked everything, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure my vehicle was in top shape before I left. The entire experience was smooth, quick, and friendly, which made it easy to see why this shop earns such high marks.
