Despite the wait (which we expected anyway) Emaj was wonderful. He represented amazing customer service. He went out of his way to assist me in changing my wipers because I did not know how to do so. He engaged in conversation and just made the entire experience wonderful. Great employee you guys have!

Dude, they're always good here. They go as quick as they can and, in my experience, they'll ask about additional services, but they never push. And I appreciate that immensely.
