Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great experience their manager Clark say well knowledgeable gentleman, and very helpful. Got an oil change in 10 minutes in my large, heavy duty diesel truck. Price was really fair only 40 bucks more than if I was to do it myself so it was definitely worth the time to stop by and get an oil change!

I recently discovered significant quality issues with the service at this Valvoline location, and unfortunately, I only found out because I had to replace the alternator on my truck myself. When I opened the hood, I found oil residue and handprints in multiple areas that were never wiped down after service. The undercarriage was even worse and oil was dripping onto the new oil filter and the bottom frame of the truck. I've included images showing exactly what I found. This is basic cleanup that should be standard after any oil change, and it was completely neglected. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. I usually have my vehicle serviced at the dealership because I’m always hauling “precious cargo” so take extra precautions but my prior experiences at this location have always been good. It’s quick and they provide quality service for basic maintenance needs. Highly recommended!

Great service every time I've stopped by. A few months back I needed to do the more intensive fuel cleaning but due to the volume of customers I was cutting it close to closing. The staff said not to worry and continued for another 10 minutes past closing just to get things finished. If you're not going to a dealership for your oil changes I don't see why you wouldn't go here.
