Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I will definitely be making this my go-to place!! I appreciated Evan for being so kind and professional, along with the rest of the staff! They were very knowledgeable and I did not feel super pressured to do any services I couldn't do at the moment. They printed me an estimate, did a great job on my oil change, and I can tell they make their customers feel a sense of community. Thank you guys! 😊👌

I had a coupon, so I drove a few extra miles to go there. I trust them more than one of the leading competitors because I had a problem with the other guys before. The service was quick and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They did up-sale me for other services. It was stuff I needed to do, but probably cheaper if I did it myself. That's the reason I gave them 4 stars. They are just doing their job but I still feel like I spent more than I wanted to even with the coupon. I didn't use AI to write my review. I am a real person.

Been to this location twice and both times Ive been met with some of the best team n customer service! Wait times are expected n u unavoidable as I know I am not only one who needs a service change but each time Ive pulled up I am immediately greeted n offered to have my oils checked. This Valvoline is very thorough and professional. Very courteous and patient(surprising considering the condition of my car and what they had to deal with😬). They were training an oil change technician and of course when doing that, they did their best to teach good fundamentals and that's awesome to see. In today's world, professionalism is found few and far between but when it comes to instant oil changes, Valvoline is my go-to choice from now on. Excellent experience.

The website said that this location opened at 8:30am, so I arrived at 8:30. Apparently the website info is wrong and they open at 9:00am on Sunday. Instead of someone coming out to tell me the hours are wrong, they let me sit without communicating. It would have been nice for someone to acknowledge me and tell me that I would be waiting a while :). Once they opened, I had a very positive experience and love their transparency. Will be visiting again in the future. I recommend Valvoline to friends.
