Valvoline Instant Oil Change

On 01/27/26 I had the pleasure of getting my oil changed at Valvoline for the first time at your location in Rock Hill South Carolina. Your techs, Tevin and Brian, really went above and beyond to make this a great experience. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. They explained each step of the way what was being done. They kept me entertained by chatting with me while getting the job done. These gentlemen are true professionals and are the reason I will return to Valvoline and recommend you to others. They should be commended on their great customer service skills.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend using this branch and Jonathan again. Gave me options and did not pressure me to buy anything extra. He is the man. I’ve always had a great experience with super friendly staff at this location until Charles came around. He’s super rude and condescending. He looked at me like I was stupid, and made me feel talked down to for turning down an air filter and saying I would replace it myself. I guess because I’m a woman, it’s fine to be rude to me and assume I don’t know anything about cars. Thanks Charles.

Both guys working on my vehicle, and helping me were fantastic. Helpful, friendly and got it done super quick. Great guys! I know Jordan was one, but I didnt catch the other techs name, but they were both great!

Jacob was amazing! Made the process easy and quick. I think I was here a total of maybe 10 minutes. Really appreciated everybody’s hard work on this hot day!
