Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was at the Roseville location. I must say it’s the best one in Michigan. The staff were just amazing. Kate the manager at this location was just so wonderful. She was very sweet kind and respectful. I would recommend this Location to everyone. And they were very quick with the work I was in and out.

The manager Veronica helped me with the vague issue of "car overheat, help", and was supremely friendly and professional on top of conducting the shop and taking charge of all of it. She and her shop all were busy without even a single moment where I was thinking "why aren't they working?" Basically, she found a problem i didn't even know what existed, suggested the best course of action, executed it flawlessly and allowed my transition out of the shop to be seamless all while making sure all of the other customers were being taken care of as well. You got yourself a keeper for sure.

Have been getting oil changes her for many years. Always professional and top quality with their work. Veronica was very polite and top notch service. Highly recommend coming to this location.

Damaged my vehicle when doing an oil change. Now claiming it is not their fault. First they blame the place that pointed out the issue of broken components, then saying the dealership that is looking at it may have done it. Any paperwork that I present to them that points to them being the cause of the problem, and they just continue to deny responsibility. Anything and everything besides taking accountability for their poor workmanship. Furthermore they went to inspect my vehicle, on a third party’s property, without my consent. How am I to be sure they didn’t cause more damage to my vehicle? Avoid this place if you want a shop that has integrity and stands behind their work.

Fool me twice... during my last visit to this location I was treated very poorly. They also made a mess of oil in the engine bay and under my truck. After dealing with customer service and talking to the manager, they made things right. The manager seemed genuinely concerned about the issues and really conveyed that they could do better if given the chance. That brings us to today. My pickup has a camper on the back and won't fit in most bay doors. That's the reason why I started coming to this location versus the one I would normally use. It's the only valvoline shop that's close and has the bay doors to fit my truck. Upon arrival everything was going by the book, not the most personable but very professional.
