Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I hope this isn’t too long but I’m including everything. 2006 corvette. I usually come here for oil changes when I don’t have time to do them myself. They do a good job and the employees are always kind and helpful. Last time I was here a few weeks ago for an oil change they recommended my differential oil change too. It was due and I agreed. Afterwards, when making slow tight turns or backing in to a parking spot my differential felt like it was slipping badly. I emailed valvoline customer service online and let them know. I figured it’s likely either low oil amount or the oil didn’t have the right additive amount or something, the usual suspects in this situation. I got a call from the store location that I visited and they were polite but very defensive. They swore up and down they use

The staff is such a model for extremely good customer service. Every single person who interacts with me over all of the visits are so friendly and informative. They educate without pressuring me to buy a service, which I appreciate, and it makes me want to take better care of my car.

They are very professional, very quick, and took care to do the job right. I typically will change my own our and service my own truck but I would go back for sure. They stayed a little late to finish my truck. Im grestful.

Wanted wipers changed. Employee didn’t change rear wiper cause he said he couldn’t get it off. Then employee clocked out. Also tire pressure never checked even after I asked to make sure it was done

WOMEN ESPECIALLY BEWARE. Do not come here. I had given this place a great review because at the time, they were friendly and seemed efficient. I couldn’t be more wrong. I got home and realized my heat was no longer working properly . See, during the oil change they check different things and try to get you to spend more money. And one of the men, who I now know is the manager of the store, had gone underneath my glove box and removed my cabin filters. I called valvoline last night and on the phone was told that it can cause issues if it isn’t properly done. She told me to go back to the store. Well last night, the assistant manager working not only had no idea that there were cabin filters underneath the glove box to begin with. He specifically told me that a screw had been stripped and t
