Valvoline Instant Oil Change

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I drove into the shop without any issues driving, NO alerts on my car at all. I "rolled" out of the shop unable to drive. I literally rolled around the corner to an alley to avoid getting stuck on the train tracks. Valvoline clogged my throttle when replacing the air filter. They also told me they would top off my power steering fluid for free and now my power steering is tight. My mechanic said that probably put the wrong fluid in my car. The following night after the "oil change" from Valvoline the battery on my car went out. AAA came to look at it and it tested 100% charged, but it still wasn't working. AAA said they had never seen anything like this. I had to get a new battery. When I spoke with the manager, Miguel at Valvoline, he also said

I’m just leaving Valvoline after my oil change and I cannot get over how kind the staff was! Everyone was so friendly, so helpful, incredibly sweet, and very efficient. I came there incredibly exhausted after a long day of work and can’t say I’ve ever left an oil change feeling so happy and grateful! It’s nice to know that there are still people out there that take pride in delivering phenomenal customer service! You guys are awesome!

Came in 45 min before I had to be at work and asked if I would have time for the oil change service or if I should try back later. Manager Miguel took this as a challenge and gave me a full oil service in 10 minute flat OUTSIDE THE PIT. Seriously impressive work, but the best part was seeing the other workers impressed by Miguel’s work. Bryan helped finish up the checkout and was great! Always cool to see people who dedicate themselves to a craft and take pride in it. Go get your oil changed here and give Miguel his flowers while you’re at it

I had such a good experience at Valvoline, and Montahj was amazing. He helped me with my oil change, tire rotation, and automatic transmission fluid replacement, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. He was really kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing, which I appreciated a lot. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job.

Be aware. We took our company cars there and so far 2 of the 3 units I took for oil change maintenance ended like that . They didnt adjust it correctly . Beware! Dont go there!
