Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Had a great experience today. The whole staff was great. Donovan was especially helpful and patient with my 4 year old daughter during the service. Love this place :)

From the start, the CSR Steven greeted me with a smile, and even though it was almost closing time, he did not rush. Explained everything in detail, also gave a few good recommendations for my vehicle- all with a smile. Also Maddox & Aiden took care of all the necessary requirements to ensure that my oil change went smoothly, all with smiles. I really appreciate the fact that even though it was almost closing time, no one rushed or gave any attitudes. All 3 of the gentlemen are very great assets to Valvoline. This is the only location I’ve ever used since dealing with this company. Great customer service goes along way & I must say if I could give 100-star rating, I most definitely would. Great job guys & keep up the good work!!

The customer service was A-1 from beginning to end. Need more staff like them at all the locations. Azari, Queyn, Kobee, and Donnovan worked great together as a team in providing excellent customer service. I will return to this location.

Maddox, Savion, and the other gentleman who helped me were so kind and informative! I will definitely be back to this location, it is the best one out of any in the Shreveport/Bossier area!

First time going to Valvoline, always used Take 5. I was very pleased with how courteous your crew was, highly professional, didn’t try to oversell me things I didn’t need. Earned a returning customer, great job! 👏
