Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I got here at 5:15ish and I was directed to wait behind a certain bay. They have had me waiting for 2 hours, they should be closing now. And they have served 2 other customers that were here AFTER me. I just needed an oil change. That's it. For the oldest, simplest vehicle. Love the priority here. Come first, served last.

Everyone at the shop was very friendly and easy to talk to. The area manager came out and spoke to me briefly, and was super welcoming, plus, an Army veteran that carried himself with great presence. Will be back in the future.

I arrived at Valvoline at 6:00 p.m. I had an oil change, rear diff & transfor case fluid changed. The technician named RJ had me in and out in no time. Great service and excellent experience. That what keep customers coming back.

I pulled in the parking lot Friday to get an oil change and before I could pull up an employee was raising his hands and yelling at me to stop. I turned around and left and went somewhere else. Very rude behavior. Im from Missouri and here on business and go to Valvoline back home and they treat me very well. I've never been screamed at by an employee to stop when all I did is pull in the parking lot waiting for them to direct me to a lane. Won't be back to this location.

My mechanic, who I’ve been going to since 1999, retired so this was the first time I’ve had to take a car anywhere else. I got an oil change for my car (2020 with 50k miles) at Valvoline on Thursday. The next time I drove it, it misfired twice when I tried starting it so I took it to O’Reilys to have the computer scanned and it came back reading “Cylinder 1 misfire”. Upon inspection, there was obviously oil spilled close to the ignition coil pack that was never wiped off. I took my car back to Valvoline and was immediately dismissed after explaining the situation. They said there was nothing they could do and we asked if they could at least take a look. The guy pulled out the ignition coil and wiped it off on a paper towel and there was debris on it when he finished. Then three guys stood
