Excellent experience at the Valvoline at 1850 N Division in Spokane. Jacob, Andrew, Sean, and Kat all did a fantastic job. They handled my oil change, tire rotation, and topped off my windshield washer fluid, and the whole visit was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Everyone was courteous, communicated clearly, and worked together in a way that made the location feel very well run. What stood out most was how strong the team was overall. Jacob clearly leads a solid operation, and Andrew, Sean, and Kat were all friendly, professional, and on top of everything. Brand new spot, in a great location. Met with excellent customer service and kindness. Everything was explained to me as it happened. Noone tried to hassle me into getting extra services. Although was explained what I would need done in the future and stuff they found. Gave me suggestions and prices for whenever I was ready. I didn't feel like they were just trying to up sale me at any time. The manager answered all my questions and was very helpful. All around great experience and service. I definitely will be back to this location.
