Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Markell gmc (I hope I spelled his name correctly) is an absolute gem & was very informative & thorough with my oil change and let me know that my power steering was running low and was dirty. He also went above and beyond by getting my air filter replaced even with them recently being out of stock. I appreciate him making everything run smoothly and efficiently. His work ethic didn’t go unnoticed!! Absolutely will be back for my next oil change.

Five stars for Valvoline. The whole visit was fast, efficient, and well worth the money. Customer service stood out the most—Andrew made the experience easy, explained everything clearly, and kept things moving without cutting corners. The team works with urgency but still pays attention to detail, which is rare. Great value, great speed, and a level of professionalism that makes you want to come back.

I'm currently sitting in the Valvoline parking lot after I came to just get my oil changed waiting on a tow truck. Apparently the oil filter housing was put on too tight the one guy couldn't remove it himself so the store manager markell adams told me whoever did my oil last put it on too tight. He then had his employees 2 of them force it off and it cracked the housing and left my car leaking oil. Markell then said "u gotta call a tow truck" no explanation from him After that. The other employees were sympathetic and very nice about helping me with arranging a tow truck. Now I'm sitting in the parking lot a single mom no money for tow truck, I have a child that I had to have someone pick up from school. The Manager markell left quickly without saying a word to me no sorry or is there

The service was wonderful, couldn't ask for any better. I could not give you a five-star rating because of the cost of your cabin air filter. I've changed them many times myself, but figured okay I'll just let them do it, saves me a little time. The filter was $60, something I could get at Walmart for about $15. Needless to say, I will never purchase any maintenance parts from Valvoline again. I will go for an oil change , but nothing else.

I am very disappointed to learn that Valvoline service centers may not actually be using Valvoline oil for their oil changes. I have been a customer because I trusted that I was receiving Valvoline products, not cheaper alternatives. I expect transparency and honesty from the brand I choose. Please clarify what oil is being used in your service centers, as this directly affects my trust in Valvoline. The response to my review is a lie! why are you lying Lynn? . check your receipts people, it will say non Valvoline oil. They lied about only using Valvoline oil. Ask them to see the names on the barrels with some have a Valvoline sleeve on it to deceive the customer. 50 gallon drums full of non Valvoline oil. Ask to see the names on the barrels .
