Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Be sure to thoroughly check your vehicle when you leave. Wife took her car in for an oil change and whatever POS that was under the hood removed the AC clutch relay. I do 99% of all maintenance on our vehicles and was out of town when she needed the oil change. So I know 100% noone else has been under that hood. Ultimately I would say do not go here but if you have to be sure to check everything completely before you leave.

I pulled up to the entrance. I was the only person waiting behind the 2 vehicles currently being serviced. I waited 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. Just got stared at a couple times. I just left. I have been using this place since 2019 and it used to be great. Customer Service was always solid and the work was done well and quickly. It's been getting worse and worse the last couple years. Now, I'm going to go try somewhere else.

Five star service is exactly what this is. Gabe, Louis, and Sean gave me an amazing experience. Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Oil change took less than 15 minutes and when I parked after receiving service Louis even checked on me to make sure I was okay. Will be returning.

First time to the Sumter site, clean organized and efficient. Gentleman handling the paperwork went over and above with exceptional service!!! Will definitely be back again

I’m always happy with the service at this location. Today, Gabe was very friendly, asked my opinion about what services I wanted and made recommendations based on his findings of the fluid levels in my vehicle. I found him to be trustworthy and I really appreciated that. JR and Shawn were also very pleasant.
