Valvoline Instant Oil Change

After leaving the lot, I noticed an issue with my car and went back in. Charles immediately took the time to look further into what was going on and was very determined to figure it out. Alongside Kendrick, they both went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked thoroughly and that I felt comfortable before leaving. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. I really appreciated how seriously they took my concern and made sure I left with no issues. Great customer service and an amazing team!

The workers were friendly and welcoming upon entering. They were helpful with costs and I was able to use my online coupon. They were efficient and answered my question about my oil light on. They were able to reset the light on after the oil change and got the oil change light off for me. Quick but not rushed and efficient. I will be back to the Sunrise Florida Location.

Fast and reliable service overall. Team seems well trained and organized. Julio’s service is really good. The way he handles the service and operations with confidence transmits to his team and customers peace of mind. It was good to see all the guys working together as a solid team. Factors like that are the reason why I prefer to drive an hour away from Miami just to do an oil change. Kudos to them! Will be back next time!

I’ve been going to Valvoline for yearsss & I’m always so happy with the service & professionalism of the staff. I’m a single woman who does NOT like going to do car stuff haha & Valvoline always makes sure I’m in and out quickly but most importantly I’m always happy & relieved leaving there. I had a great experience! I really trusted the guy who helped me and worked on my car. They were so honest, they told me exactly what my car needed without trying to sell me extra stuff. I got my oil changed and my battery fixed. My car actually needs a few more things, but I didn't want to do them right now, and they were totally respectful of my choice. That made a big difference! I really appreciate their service.
