One word: KEITH. Keith was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I’m always a little nervous walking into an auto shop, but he instantly made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I actually found Valvoline Instant Oil Change by chance. My car popped up a warning that one of my tires was extremely low, and since it was a Sunday, options were limited. Thankfully, Valvoline was just 30 seconds away and open. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who did their job accurately and efficiently. They were informative but not pushy trying to get the add-ons. I’ve had my last 5 oil changes here with zero complaints.
