Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Jake was awesome, super friendly and helpful! We had our oil changed as well as our vehicle inspection done, we were in and out within 30 minutes. They gave us a deal because we had 3 services done, any amount of savings is so helpful right now! Keep up the great work guys!

came here to get a state inspection. They told me they didn’t open up till nine came back at 9:30 was in line for one hour. They told me to go to the far right that’s where they do. Inspections. well, after waiting here an hour they told me they were doing oil changes. Also that’s why it was taking so long. Why would they tell you to go to the far right where it says official vehicle inspection and then have to wait. I could’ve gone somewhere else I would’ve been in and out by now never coming back again.

My first time at this location ever and there were three guys who truly took care of me. Erik, Jose and another guy named Eric. They were all so cordial and polite. Their customer service was impeccable and I really appreciate being treated with dignity and respect. I asked questions and they answered quickly explaining things to me that I wasn’t aware of and I am grateful to have had this pleasant experience at the Tomball location. Thank you guys so much for making sure that I was taken care of. Keep up the great work.

No business is perfect, but when something doesn't go as expected, what matters is how they provide a solution. I had an issue with a tire rotation they did but they fixed it with no problems when I came back. Carter and the team deserve 5 stars for sure.
