Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had an awesome experience at Valvoline! As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted right away. I went in for an oil change, and they checked everything on my car, explained what they found, and gave me helpful recommendations which I actually decided to go with. Danelle, Omari, and Daniel were absolutely OUTSTANDING! They were super friendly, professional, and made sure I understood everything. My car is running so much smoother now, and I’m so glad I came in. I really appreciate the great service and positive attitude from everyone there. Definitely recommending this location!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I pulled in. They explained everything clearly, checked multiple items without being pushy, and made sure I understood what was recommended versus what was optional. The service was quick, but I never felt rushed, and they treated my vehicle with care. I really appreciated being able to stay in my car while the work was done and seeing how organized and knowledgeable the staff was. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.

I went in today to get recommended services from my last oil change. It was SUPER BUSY! Victor, our attendant, was ready to help us. I will admit we must have been pretty annoying asking for the restroom, asking questions, asking for services, even asking for a discount at checkout! Victor handled everything like a boss!!! He walked my cousin to the restroom, verified and assisted every service, and even managed to keep a positive attitude. Mind you it is busy and also the day just after Christmas. Keep up the good work Victor!! I am a loyal Valvoline customer, and will continue to be with Valvoline attendants like you!

I went close to closing time but everyone was nice and friendly. Sherlyn and was great and had great customer service! I highly recommend them! Quick and easy and got the job done done perfect!

Great spot for a quick oil change. Super impressed with their battery service. I bought one at another VIOC about 18 months ago. About the same price as AutoZone, maybe a few bucks more, but they install it quickly so well worth it. It started sounding slow to start so I came by to have it tested. Almost dead, they replaced it under warranty with zero hassle, no cost. In and out in 15 minutes. Will absolutely buy from here again.
