Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Service was good. Was able to get out quick. However when I left about two miles I got a warning light on my car. Car started sputtering. I then used my odb reader and it gave me P0102 error message. I went to check my filter cause I thought it needed to be replaced. I noticed the cable that connects to the maf sensor came right out. I replaced the filter and connected the cable. What I realized is the technician didn't lock the cable back which was triggered a airflow sensor error. Can't tell you have aggravated I was to find out something we left like that when I only went for an oil change. I have pictures with timestamps to prove the time of the error.

Oil change was quick when I got in. They explained what they were doing and asked about other additional services. I did opt to have a couple filters changed. They were friendly and professional the entire visit. They even asked if I had any coupons before checking me out. ( I did!) I will return when I need service next.

Every time I come here I have great friendly service. I don’t feel like I’m being hard sold on anything but informed and educated. I would Highly recommend!

Staff were nice and service was fast. Had my tire pressure checked and filled before a long trip and my front passenger tire exploded on the highway at 75mph 30 minutes later after making some weird noises right after leaving the shop that I thought were my engine settling into the new oil. I won't discount that it could've been my tire as while but the other 3 tires that were purchased at the same time seem fine, pending some investigation. Update: After some review, I do believe there was an issue with the air pressure not being quite equal between the tires but I do also think that a completely undamaged tire _may_ have been okay under the pressure it was likely at. I personally take the onerous on myself to have noticed the heat and asked for a slightly lower PSI so that as the tires

This location always responds quickly when I arrive. They ask the reason of my visit in order to move everyone through as quickly as possible. They are always thorough in communicating any concerns that they may find and in making sure that all of my needs are met.
