Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Very fast and attentive service. Clear communications amongst the techs and they have an excellent system for double checking everything they do to the vehicle. The variety of Services offered is impressive as well. When I arrived there was one car ahead me that just pulled in, but my entire time there from start to finish was still at 30 minutes, and that garage was stacked with vehicles. You cannot get service that good, that fast, anywhere by just showing up!

Yesterday I had another great Valvoline experience. I went to the Westminster location instead of Thornton so I could have my tires rotated in addition to my oil change. Kevin took great care of me from beginning to end. He helped walk me through some additional services that my vehicle was ready for. Really the entire team was very friendly throughout the whole process. I'm definitely coming back to this location.

I got a oil change from these guys a few days ago and I noticed today their was oil all under my truck. I looked and noticed the filter was completely loose causing the leak. The lack of awareness and attention to detail were completely obvious since all you have to do is properly tighten it. I've tried calling over and over and left messages and no one will answer or reply to me.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location since it originally opened. I have always received great service (which is why I keep coming back), but on this particular visit, I was so impressed with the service. Everyone that works there seems like they really enjoy their work and everyone is so nice. The CSR on duty, Evan, was the most polite and professional person I have worked with in years. And that's comparing services one gets anywhere; the dentist, groceries, DMV, restaurants, etc. I was very very impressed and will continue to recommend this Valvoline service location to everyone I know. Thank you!

Cheerful 😊 employees all waiting to take excellent care of me and my vehicle from the moment I pulled in to even the guy underneath my car shouting out have a nice day and thank you as I pulled away. I left with a huge smile and felt like I spent my hard earned money at a great place and I feel like everyone there was on the ball doing what they do and doing it the best in the business. I drive out of my way to go there and I also have told my freinds and family about how awesome and professional Valvoline is!
