Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Fast, professional, competent oil change. Offered various additional services, which can be annoying, but should be considered. Not a hard sell, just an offer. I decided to do a fuel system treatment, added to my bill, and went about the service. They came back to me and said that my 2017 Ford F150 would not allow them to perform the service due to engine configuration and took the charge off the bill. I appreciated the honesty rather than say they did it and charge me for something they couldn't physically do. My trust level of Valvoline went up!

Sam the manager was very nice throughout the whole process and I loved that I did not need to get out of my car for this process. I had never been to one of these before and since this was new in Westminster I gave it a try. Happy to say I was not disappointed!!

I went in for an oil change and overall the service itself was solid. They were efficient, professional, and I really like that you can stay in your car the whole time. The only downside for me was the amount of upselling. I understand businesses need to make money, but the long list of add-on recommendations felt excessive and honestly pretty annoying. I don’t blame the employees—it clearly seems like a corporate sales approach. That said, I do appreciate the employee who picked up on the fact that I wasn’t interested in anything beyond an oil change and didn’t push further. If the upselling were toned down, I’d be much more likely to come back.

Usually, I change oil myself, but being the winter, and having a new car, I decided to try out the new Valvoline Center. It was AMAZING. Service was immediate and the Techs were efficient and courteous. Highly recommend!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Smooth experience. Finished my oil change and radiator flush before I could finish the lunch I brought with me. Sitting in my truck is a lot better than most shop waiting rooms.
