Valvoline Instant Oil Change

3/17/25 UPDATE: No one from Valvoline has contacted me (huge shock) and these photos of my now rusted/ripped up hood and side panels have been viewed over 15k times here on Google. The Mobil on RT 18 is $80 for full synthetic. They don't pester you with upselling tactics and they actually know how to close the hood on your car! :) Original Review: BEWARE! My car suffered serious damage on 5/17/24 from their negligence. Upon completing the oil change the new tech did not close my hood properly and did not check that it was latched. I got 500 ft down RT 18 and my hood flew up, almost smashed my windshield, and ended up causing serious damage to my car. I immediately went back and was told by the entire staff that the manager Ian would be in contact with me as the new tech was clearly at fa

First time getting my oil changed here as normally do it myself, but was very impressed with their process. I waited in my truck and can see / hear them calling out all the steps etc. I’m very particular about my truck and having maintenance performed, I will be coming back. Steve and his team are great.

I went around 9am this morning so whoever that crew was- you were great. The guy helping literally printed a thing out for my Grand Cherokee that showed the suggested fixes after specific mileage or years. He did not try upselling me! We discussed the things & I said let's just stick with what we're doing so I can speak with my husband first. The other guys also explained things and showed me the comparison in my filters and once again I replaced 1 filter, but left the other &they didn't push me. As a female who just wants her car in good shape and not pressured during these kind of decisions I cannot Thank 9am crew enough. I got 1 filter, oil change, & tire rotation (Looks like they maybe didn't have the best streak a year ago but seems like they've fixed some of the issues mentioned)

I was extremely pleased with my experience coming to this location for the first time. The service from all the employees here was transparent, friendly and efficient. The team did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and made recommendations on replacing old wipers and cabin/engine filters (by literally showing me the dirty filters that the previous mechanic shop I visited clearly neglected to check for a while). Everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. I shall return!

Always a pleasant experience at the Weymouth location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I will continue to go to this Vavoline.
