Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have been to other oil change places before and they tried to push me into buying other services that I didn't request and also their prices were just astronomical. They wanted to charge me $40 for a windshield wiper blade and I asked to have my tires rotated but they didn't ask me for the lock because I have one lug nut on each tire that has to have the specific socket to remove it so I ended up paying for tire rotation that I didn't get apparently. The people working there were very nice and polite and knowledgeable and the entire experience was like 10 times better than at Firestone

Amazing experience all across the board. All the employees told me everything they were doing and all the suggestions I would need. They were very vocal and knowledgeable but the standout employee was Andre. Tipped him 20$ on a 300$ dollar service because he was amazing and kind. I’ve actually never had an experience like this getting my car serviced so this is where I will be coming from now on. They were very busy when I arrived and it took an hour to get serviced, but after being serviced I think that’s because they actually care about individuals cars because they took a lot of time on mine which I greatly appreciate. They have a lifetime customer from me.

I made the mistake of getting my company fleet car’s oil change somewhere else while I was out of town (one of your competitors). They couldn’t find a way to get a rear wiper change approved even though it’s completely gone. Stopped by your location in Williamsburg (080029). This is where I always go. They’re always great. I explained the issue to Chandler. He got it approved this time and had me back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Wanted to give him a shoutout bc he was friendly, professional, and very fast. I won’t be going anywhere else next time.

Andre, Patrick, Seth and Kyle were all fantastic. There was a bit of a wait which I didn't mind, the staff was very informative and kept me up to date with my vehicle. I only wanted an oil change but ended up leaving with new air filters and I couldn't be anymore thankful. I will for sure be back soon for that transmission service!

The oil change was quick and the process was clear and simple. I was in and out much faster than I expected and I was able to stay in my car the whole time. From start to finish I was done in about 10-15 minutes. Quickest oil change I’ve ever experienced! The employees were friendly, helpful, and explained the process step-by-step as they worked on my oil change. I will most definitely return back for my next oil change service and will recommend to others for sure! 😊
