Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had excellent customer service from 3 employees at my visit today. First Jason helped check me in and reset my maintenance required light that has been on for months since my last oil change! Then Joshua helped replace my brake lights and did the oil change. And last but definitely not least Halla was amazing. She was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me with checking out and all the info needed if I need to stop back in or have questions about other services available. I’ve found my new favorite location to go to and you’ve got a customer for life Valvoline. I’ve always been satisfied with the service at other locations but this team went above and beyond my expectations. Good Customer service is rare these days and when it happens I have to say thank you. So

The team was very transparent about what needed to be done, what could be upgraded and why, and what maintenance was upcoming. No one pressured me to get anything done I wasn't planning on doing already. Everyone was kind, speedy with their work, and even when I had to wait for another car's maintenance to finish, they kept me updated as to when I'd be able to get the work on my car started.

Went in for an oil change service not knowing anything about what I needed and Collin took care of me!!! Super friendly and super quick service. Would recommend him 10x over again!!! Thank you for my making my experience so seamless!!

Super slow, we sat waiting for 45 minutes just for an oil change. Guys kept walking off, The oil change took a really long time too The people were nice but still not a very good experience
