Van-8 Collision

Just recently took my VW golf up here after someone hit it while it was parked on the street. While I'm overall happy with this job, they still missed the mark on a couple things. They left my brake and clutch pedals off the levers, it took me 10 minutes to put them back on so im not sure why they didn't. They did not put a trim piece back on my replaced fender (look at attached photos). There's some strange rattling/vibration from the replaced fender as if a screw or clip got dropped in there. They broke my hood latch and replaced a spring/pin with some bent metal wire so now you have to close it a certain way. And now sometimes my driver door handle comes all the way out and won't open the door on the first try. Update: They fixed the couple of issues I was having and told me they would

The team at Van 8 are great and were very accommodating. The work I needed was probably more extensive then we all thought but the took great care of my truck!

Have been going to Van 8 for years, everything from major damage to small dent repair. Always trustworthy and professional, they do great work and Liz is wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend.
