Van City RV

Don't bother stopping in late in the day - it's miller time and the sales staff leaves early - screw selling, not a priority. We showed up 10 min before closing to get a Quick Look and were turned away - not sure why they don't just put the real hours on the door, whatever those are. Pretty pathetic for a a dealer IMO who sells stuff that cost almost as much as a house.

We were passing through the area and were having issues with our solar. Stopped in unannounced and Chad went above and beyond to answer our questions and show us about our solar system. I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help us. If you're in the area don't hesitate to do your business here

Stopped by during my cross country road trip and the guys got me in and out in no time! Marty, Chad and Alex couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Highly recommend their services, they also have an awesome fleet of vans and RVs. Thanks again fellas!

Good location and selection of RV’s and vans. We were hugely disappointed in the salesman we encountered. They were unapologetically uninformed about the RV’s and vans they had on the lot. He was hesitant to even find answers to simple things on the RV. His attitude was “my customers usually know more that I do”. That was a deal breaker for us. We couldn’t do business with a company who has people who care so little about their customers. Fortunately we found another dealer out of state who was much more knowledgeable and had a more streamlined purchasing process.
