Just completed some warranty work for 2024 LTVMBL main skylight. Big shout out to TECHs Matt and Keith. Additionally would like to recognize Emily and Joe. Thanks for the sincere professionalism and patience.

My company Sparkle RV Services did a pre-purchase inspection on a 2023 Coachmen Galleria 24FL at Van City in stl. The staff were great. The sales person- Eddie checked on us several times, answered every question, and was quick to get us anything we needed. When we ran into an issue, Josh, the service foreman, addressed it immediately. We only found a few minor issues for them to address before the buyer takes delivery.

Thank you Scott and crew for getting us in and out quickly for a Storyteller Overland warranty fix (replacement) for a max air exhaust fan. It’s way to hot to not have that running. It looked like there was a good variety of Class B’s on the lot. No STO’s though at the moment.

Excellent service during strange times! Dan answered our questions...we put down a deposit on this Wonder. We can't pick for about 90 days because they need to use it for showing others. I'll update how everything goes when we pick it up from them, hopefully soon!

Walked around the lot and no one came out to assist. I was looking to buy as I had questions. I ended up looking on line for a vehicle.
