Tom Boyd was great and kept us updated along the way. He went out of his way to ensure my mom's vehicle was ready before my family and I left to go home (out of state). Knowing it would be ready early allowed us to enjoy the Christmas holiday without worrying about my mom's vehicle. The front office ladies were also very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. We could not have asked for a better experience for a stressful situation. The repairs were great and they even detailed my mom's 2015 Subaru Forester, inside and out. It's has never looked better. When you need repairs you want to hire a company that has the know-how. This can not be truer than hiring Van’s collision center. We needed bodywork provided for one of our vans and we hired Van’s Collision Center to provide the work for us. Not only did they do an amazing job, the van looked brand new with updated parts (see the attached image) Mr Gary Sullivan is a “Rockstar” I would ask for him. Repairs when finally done were great. Communication was unsatisfactory. I had to call almost every time for an update. Initially, I was told it would be 7-10days and that got pushed to 2 weeks then that got pushed to 3 weeks. Then, when I picked up my car, payment from insurance had not been confirmed (they thought I had gotten an insurance check and I had not). The cherry on top was my car had at least 20+ miles of gas and when I picked it up, it had 0! Not 1 or 2, 00! It was only after I complained, that they searched high and low to put a quarter gallon to get me to a gas station. I’m not sure where my car was taken on a joy ride but at least don’t leave me high and dry.

Obviously a collision center isn't a place people want to go, but if you need one, you want a good one. This was a fantastic experience. D. Hale was the absolute GOAT and helped me not only with the actual car estimate itself, but also other logistics and just making it through the process.
