Had my oil changed and Nadia in service honored my coupon. Thankful for her customer service. However, while waiting, I overheard a sales m.gr talking down to a salesman. Both were older but the manager talked to the salesman like he was two. I thought to myself as I watched for an explosive reaction from the salesman to his superior. I could not believe what I saw. The salesman reacted humbly. The sales manager continued to show his true colors. The salesman took it. Approximately 20 minutes later the salesman approached me and asked if I were ok or needed water? I told him I was fine and thanked him. Had my car in their body shop, great work, great staff, and done faster than expected 10/10

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Service was backed-up and took a while, but they made it right by giving a loaner vehicle.
