Vanguard GMC of Sherman Service Center

Omari and the team over there are great. They have a huge service center, pick up /drop off and a great team handling your experience from A-Z. I just need my car fixed, but they go above and beyond.

They did a fantastic job getting me into a truck, I felt the negotiations were minimal and the finance department didn't push too hard on the extras. Oh and I was very pleased to have plates in less than a week, that was amazing.

The good and the bad. First the good. Took my Sierra in for service and they notified me that my original purchase services were expired but they would do this last one since I was in Wisconsin when my last service was due. Much appreciated. The bad. Then they recommended an alignment, and air and cabin filter change. All for approx $250. They said I had uneven tire wear pointing at an alignment issue. I know a little something about vehicles. I even had a 3rd party specialist take a look at my tires and they like myself saw no unusual tire wear on my 26K mile truck. I asked about my filters and they said they were bad and needed replacement. I assume that means they looked at them. I took it home and immediately could tell nobody had removed my air filter.
