Vanguard Kia Service and Parts

I just want to make a quick review of how great Vanguard Kia Service is, Especially (George- Service Manager) I had the infamous Kia Motor rod bearing problem with the vehicle I just had purchased (Car purchased from a used lot) for my daughters first vehicle. I spoke with George about the situation on the phone and he knew exactly what was needed to be done after verifying that the vehicle was covered under the new warranty by KIA. The vehicle was towed in, diagnosed and motor was replaced within a few days. No long waits, no problems with service. I am now worry free and so is my daughter.

Request for Upper Management Review This review applies strictly to the Service & Parts Department. This is now the second time I’ve experienced a serious lack of communication and professionalism from the service team. The first visit required over a week and a half of waiting for what should have been basic, same-day maintenance (spark plugs, transmission fluid, and diagnosing a catalytic converter code). During that entire time, I was provided no loaner vehicle and had to call every single day just to receive any type of update. After being ignored for days, my frustration understandably escalated, and instead of the situation being professionally de-escalated, I was spoken to in a threatening and unprofessional manner by a manager. 5 🌟 I did not expect the hospitality, quality of service, and facility to be this amazing. We own two Kia SUVs and this dealership is the best my family has ever dealt with. From the get-go, they have an awesome system that quickly scans the alignment and life of your tires. We feel lucky to have landed at Vanguard Kia. Thank you, Jarrid, for a pleasant experience!

I primarily use this place for repairs and inspections on my 2018 Kia Soul. Not always the fastest service, but the staff are helpful and not overly pushy with additional maintenance once declined. The waiting area is comfortable and fully featured, and that along with the time required for maintenance means it's a great location to get your car looked at while you read a book or bring a laptop to work on. For my car's warranty inspection and oil change I arrived at 8:45 on a Friday and was there until about 11:30, but I had no problem getting updates on my service and I wasn't subjected to any surprise fees or add-ons.

George is amazing! Vanguard service handled our warranty issues quickly and eliminated so much stress. Highly recommend
