Ordered parts and couldn't reach a single person for 2 days to get a status on my order. finally reach someone on 12/19 and I'm told parts have to be ordered and it'll be another 2-5 days! screwed up my holiday plans already. so I say whatever and still proceed and order parts. then I'm told that the gasket kits I ordered only contained 1 gasket when I need 16 (2 trucks same issue). on their website it shows a set of 8 gaskets and even calls it a gasket "set". so instead of just charging the extra money for the gaskets I supposedly need, they try to charge me again for 2 manifolds and 16 gaskets, which didn't clear because its Christmas and I have a family with little one and stay at home mom and I already paid $1400+ for these parts. and then tells me the first charge was already voided a

We have purchased two Ford Expeditions from this dealership with the top warranty suggested by the salesman. My expedition left me on the side of the highway overheating Labor Day weekend, thankfully without my two young children that are usually with me. We had the Expedition towed to Varsity, as we purchased the suggested "bumper to bumper" warranty and a loaner vehicle comes with that warranty. We were given a loaner vehicle and told that we had 10 days of coverage. My vehicle stayed parked in same spot in the parking lot with the door ajar (thanks to Ford app I know this for a fact) for 7 days, and today they called me to let me know that the cause is not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. It is unreal that they would use 7 days of covered loaner vehicle to have my car parked in

Ordered a part and was sent the wrong color. I was told I could send it back for a refund. Turns out they charge a 20% restocking fee even if the Ford Production system they use (to make sure customers get the correct part) is at fault and the customer gets the wrong item. So, I am out the shipping cost x2 and am also out 20% of the purchase price. Too bad for me.
