Took my truck there for body work it turned out amazing

Velazquez is a scam artist would not recommend for anyone. Velazquez does not do honest work he just wants to keep taking money from you. I tested Velazquez’s honesty and work ethic by asking my mom to take her car for a check up I knew what the problem was the car just needed an oil change and Velazquez told my mom she needed to change the whole transmission and was gonna cost her over $2,500. If you don’t know anything about cars they will take advantage of you. Velazquez is the type to see a simple auto issue and will be very opportunistic to charge you for a bigger issue that doesn’t need to be fixed also doesn’t replace auto parts but still charges you for it, this place is a joke please don’t get service here unless you want to get taken advantage of.

Was referred to them by C.A.R.S Protection Plus for issue with my turbo charger for my 2014 Ford Escape SE. I had the vehicle for one week. They removed the turbo charger, informed me it was defective. Filed a claim with C.A.R.S Protection Plus and the claim was denied. I took it to Ford Service Center and found out that a clamp securing the tube for the turbo charger was not fitted properly and was missing. I had to pay $500.00 for that labor and the part to fix the mess Velazquez made plus make payments on car that had little acceleration/power. Ford Service Department also informed me there weren't any issues with the turbo charger, just a missing clamp on a hose attachment.

I wish I could give them a Negative five star . Bought a used tire $45 and only got 3 days of use on it. When I went back all they could say is we can't help you. I Recommend going to Boyd's Tire. $35 and tires a really good.

I paid them $1500 to fix oil leaks, new alternator, and throttle body in my car and my car broke down thw next month i took it to Van York to get fixed and found out my alternator had not been replaced and they did not fix the leaks had to sue them to get my money back poor service the owner actually had an argument with my husband because he felt he shouldn't havr ro pay us back our money
