Omar at Velocity Towing went over and beyond to help me and my son. First he was called by my insurance roadside. He called me to make sure of the exact location. My car was not there. It had already been towed by ISP. Which I would not have known. He was very helpful and informative. Then as I was driving 3 hours from home to pick up my son's car I realized that I forgot the keys at home. So I called my insurance roadside again. They said I exhausted my services and would have to pay out of pocket. So I called Omar of Velocity Towing on his day off and he came to the rescue. We could not have done it without him. He unlocked the car, bypassed the parking, and got it on the dolly and ready for transport all in the sudden blizzard like conditions that decided to start when we got to the car

Art got My calling to AAA and immediately gave me a call to let me know that he was on another call at the moment but as soon as he was done he'd give me a call and be heading my way!. Just as promised as soon as he was done with that call he gave me a ring to let me know was done and on his way to me. Art was extremely assertive and communicative. He gave me an ETA and actually it was here about 5 minutes prior to his actual ETA and called me about 10 minutes before to let me know He was about 2 minutes away. When he arrived he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and honestly extremely quick and efficient. Velocity towing you sure picked a winner thank you so much for helping me with my car trouble I appreciate you and the diligent professional worke

They somehow managed to scratch the entire top of my vehicle from the front bumper, across the hood, into the windshield, along the roof, all the way down the rear hatch and somehow even managed to bend my rear license plate. I would STRONGLY recommend calling ANYONE else. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place went out of business after a visit from ICE.
