Stay away at all costs – worst experience ever Velocity Truck Center Las Vegas was an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is terrible, and their prices are extremely high for the value they provide. They took my truck and kept it for 5 days, wasting my time and causing me serious stress. When I finally went to pick it up, the windshield had NOT been replaced, even though they took my money. To make matters worse, they returned my truck extremely dirty, showing zero respect for customers or their property. Their only response? A meaningless “sorry”. No accountability. No solution.
