The service center at this Velocity location is one of very few across the lower 48 we trust. The trust we've built here is mainly due to Kim, the lead service advisor. It is hard to find a shop - whether at a dealer or a mom-and-pop - that you can trust. As previously stated, we have a small handful that fall under that category and it is thanks to Kim and her team that this shop falls into that select few. . Kim takes the absolute best care of us, our drivers and most importantly, our equipment. She takes everything we come in for seriously and treats us as if we were family. She realizes something many shops don't - any time spent in this shop is money lost for us. Nobody wants to be in a shop and this team recognizes that We can't give Kim all the credit either. Don't bring your truck to this workshop by mistake because these people will do a small job and you will have to spend two or three days here. I have been standing here for three days and there is a small problem with my truck. I also bought this part from outside with my own money and gave it to these people. But my truck is not fixed yet. So please don't bring your truck here because you will have a lot of trouble again.

I wanted to take a moment to give thanks and praise to the team at Velocity Truck in Sparks, NV. My company has been working with Velocity for a number of years now and Kim Davis, our Service Writer there has been absolutly amazing to work with. With her prompt response and daily communication, I am never questioning the status of my equipment or quality of their work. We have had other establishments bid for out business but with my interactions with Kim we will continue to only use Velocity as our vendor of choice. Thank you to Kim for winning our confidence and trust.

One year later, and unfortunately I had to bring another truck back to this location for a warranty issue — a blown differential. Sadly, Kim is still working there, and the experience was just as bad, if not worse. She Also Seemed to Remember our last experience , so she expressed how she remembers me . First, they denied the warranty outright. I had to involve additional representatives and push hard just to get them to tear it down and eventually approve it. The entire process took three weeks to replace the differential, followed by five more days for a road test. When the truck was finally finished, I requested reimbursement for the tow bill, which should be covered under warranty. Instead, Kim sent me a bill for repairs I never authorized, claiming they “had to do it” because the tr
