HardRace-Ordered 2 times. Ordered Feb and I understand it is pre order. And was told it will be shipped end of march. But now it is 31 march if I did not email to ask an update. I wouldnt have known that niw my order will be delayed for another month. Crazy

Dropshipping. 5 days after placing my online order with no tracking #. I called and the parts were not physically in stock at the store(no notation of shipping from manufacturer). I would've ordered from the manufacturer for a cheaper price. I would check the stock location before ordering parts. I won't be a returning customer.

Watch out for these scammers that will take ur money and have u waiting forever for a part with lil to no updates. Ask for a refund and all the sudden they will have part ready to ship . Ended up getting a refund these con artists will have to try someone else to scam.

Great customer service! Extremely knowledgeable staff! Every time I had an issue with my ‘98 Honda prelude or my ‘12 VW GTI, they always had a solution for me. In fact, my prelude wouldn’t be running today if it weren’t for this shop. Thank you velocity!

Ordered some HardRace bushings for my RSX. I have my car torn a part for powder coating and upgrades. I ordered the bushings on March 24th, 2015 and I don't live in Florida so they were being shipped. April 2nd, 2015 I haven't received any other information from Velocityshop other than my purchase receipt. I give them a call that morning to inquire about shipping details, since I heard nothing from them, and gave them my order number. Come to find out all the guy said was, "That order should have been refunded." The guy on the phone was unprofessional. They didn't have the bushings in stock, nor could they get them in stock. Horrible customer service. A week goes by and no information was given. Then have to find a different avenue for bushings. Your money is better spent elsewhere
