Velox Insurance

I called in, gave the customer service rep my information, she than asked if I wanted liability or full coverage. I stated full coverage. she placed me on hold came back to the phone and gave me a price for down payment and for monthly payment. she then said she had to transfer me to the company to take the payment. I waited 15 minutes. the same rep got back on the phone and with different prices that was much higher than the first price. I asked how did the price change also I thought i was being transferred to the company not back to you. she then stated the first price was for liability when i never asked for liability to began with. I don't know what type of shady business their doing but I wouldn't trust anyone who tells you one thing and act like there transferring you to someone els

I had a very wonderful experience today the gentleman's at the Office was very nice and helpful. My wait was not long at all. Thank you so much
