I have used Venice Nissan Collision Center twice over the past several years. Their work is meticulous. I walked in right before they closed and was met by Carly and I can’t praise her enough for her communication and kindness throughout the entire process. She is top notch. I was over joyed with the work performed on my car. I’m so pleased and highly recommend this Venice business.

Took my Nissan Altima to Nissan of Venice Collision Center. I was greeted by Carly. She ordered my parts immediately and called me the next day telling me the parts had arrived for my scheduled appointment. Carly said my car would be ready in 4-days. It was ready in 3-days with all repairs done perfectly. They even washed my car. Customer service through Carly was excellent. She was friendly, efficient, and had my car back to me one day earlier than promised. I would highly recommend Nissan of Venice Collision Center.

Bob the body shop manager is quite an arrogant piece of work! Add several weeks to the date promised and expect nothing in return. If you have to have a rental car to supplement your transportation, they could care less. Good luck if they can even find your car when you call or arrive to find out updates. All voice messages go unanswered so do not waste your time leaving any. They never even realized I took my car off the lot until I arrived to show damages that were not repaired. And Bob informs me today you cannot do that. And where are those rules posted? You cannot fix stupid then the customer get blamed for a business having such unethical, lazy and pathetic practices. Please do your research before using this shop! Bob, the collision shop manager, sent my vehicle out WITH A BENT FRAME. He assured, even after the vehicle was returned many times, that the frame and everything else was solid. They performed over 10k dollars worth of body and paint work on a vehicle that should have been listed as a total loss. The shop that actually discovered the frame damage, which was severe, deemed it completely unsafe for the road. For the sake of your own safety and to ensure quality work, avoid this facility at all cost.
