After my car was damaged in a hit-and-run, I contacted Ventura Collision Center and dealt with Nick, who was exceptionally helpful from the start. He thoroughly guided me through the repair process and kept me informed every step of the way. When I picked up my car, not only were the repairs immaculate, but the interior was also cleaner than when I left it. I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the results, and I highly recommend Ventura Collision Center for their professionalism and outstanding work and quality.

BIG FAN OVER HERE! Nick & the staff @ VCC are by far the most efficient, helpful, friendly folks- and when your car is messed up, those are the exact kind of people you want to work with. When the insurance company of the person who hit our car sent us to Ventura Collision Center, I was worried that not only would they not do a good job, but that I'd get taken advantage of. Let me tell you that my worries were unwarranted. Not only did they do a phenomenal job of making our car look even better than new, let me tell you that their communication and updates were so appreciated. Nick did an amazing job from start to finish. He was quick, thorough, and very helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of and even had my car ready a day early (and detail cleaned). I can’t thank Nick enough for taking a bad situation (car accident) and changing it into a pleasant experience where I felt like I was being taken care of by a good friend. I appreciate the hard work and effort of Nick and his team. Everyone was very friendly and I am very appreciative.
