Excellent experience! So much better than the other dealership (where I live). Everything was explained to me both before and after and they got my car done much more quickly than they estimated. I will definitely use these guys going forward! Thank you for your Five Star service!!!

Great experience! I wanted one little thing different about my new Tundra and it was ordered and delivered the next day. Bought it on the spot. Sales rep even came in on his day off to make sure it was the right one and to make sure I was happy. Excellent communication and service!!

Jennifer Lange was amazing, again! I was there 3 weeks ago and again this past Friday. She helped me and was so friendly and professional. She ordered me an Uber/Lyft to take me to work, called me to let me know the problem with my car, and let me know when to pick it up. When I got there and she was busy with another customer, the guy (wish I got his name), who drives the cars helped me and got me out within minutes. Toyota Ventura is the best because they do a great job with my car but especially because of their first class customer service. Mahalo (thank you)!!! I will take my car to Ventura Toyota every time!

Thought having an 8 am appointment would be good but arrived on time with 9 cars ahead of me. It took 10 minutes to have connection with the tech to take my keys after helping 3 people that came after me. It was a solid 2 hours and 10 minutes after giving my keys to being done then another 6 minutes for paperwork. Not a horrible experience but they don’t even provide free coffee. Two hours for an oil change seems long. I’ll stay in Ojai in the future.

I have always owned a toyota, so I've had my cars serviced at all the local toyota dealerships (Ventura, Oxnard or Simi Valley). In 2020, I bought my current camry here with the extended prepaid Toyota Care service package (all together it covered the 1st 90k miles), my car has been serviced exclusively at VTA Toyota since then. I think I have worked with most service reps and they all have been great. The one that stands out by far is Jennifer Lange. From routine service to complicated repairs, she is always so helpful and definitely goes above and beyond! She helps to make the whole process easier. She has always helped identify what can be covered under warranty to minimize costs and has even provided me w/ comped rental cars while mine was being worked on. Great communication for any
