Dan was very friendly and helpful with buying my car. During a very cold storm on the way home from work i drove in there parking lot to see if they had a Lincoln i have been looking for and i didnt expect they had one i wasnt about to get out in the storm but i couldnt believe Dan came out in the storm to talk to me and i didnt get out of the car. I didnt try talking them down because it was a very fair price. And the rest of the staff was friendly also. And it has been 3 months now and i am Loving my Lincloln.

From the very first text message and initial phone call with the sales representative named Kaden, I could tell he was genuinely polite, caring, and kind. When I visited to look at the vehicle, he had it already running and was patient in answering all my questions promptly. I had some fears about buying a car due to a negative experience I had at another local dealership, where I was sold a lemon vehical. However, this dealership exceeded my expectations and provided a truly wonderful and supportive experience.

I have been back and forth on purchasing a truck for over 2 years. I was very particular with what I wanted. Brought my son into Veracity Motors for a test drive on a vehicle we both thought was right for him. The dealer, my son, and I had an open, honest discussion about the vehicle's history, both pros and cons. There was no misleading, unwillingness to answer any questions, or push us into a same-day purchase. A couple days later, the dealer contacted me to see if I had any additional questions and we negotiated a fair price over the phone that I was truly happy with. No hidden or unnecessary fees upon the final sale. I have a newfound respect for dealers.

I dealt with Tucker, Jeff, and Jacob. Everyone was great to deal with. Each responded to texts, emails, phone calls. My purchase was long distance. They are in Bismarck, ND I am in RI, 1600 miles apart so mine was an internet purchase. I paid for delivery, car was picked up 5pm sat before Christmas and delivered following sat. The Corvette was everything I had hoped for. They are true to rheir word and great to deal with!
