Verena at the Reserve

Great place to live the food is great and they have lots of activities for you to participate in the choice is yours. I just love the Chef dinners that they have monthly.

The best qualities of Verena are ingrained in the caring qualities of the staff. We've found that wwe are always noticed, acknowledged, cared for and genuinely feel appreciated. I believe that those qualities of care are infectious and spread to the residents. That makes Verena feel like a community that anyone would want to be a part of and that is why I would recommend this community to people I care about

Verena is a place I now call home and we love it here!. We are so happy we made the decision to downsize and lift the burden of caring for a house and property. Everyone here is super friendly, the staff really cares about you and the property is lovely. I especially love all the light from the big windows in our apt.

The staff is wonderful, always ready to assist, but it doesn't feel like home. The apartment is small with no outdoor space. (there was no apartment available with a terrace when we were looking, and if there had been it would have cost an additional $500 a month!) and outdoor areas are lacking. The parking is impossible, and the food.... it's horrid. Overcooked mushy veggies and meats cooked until they are like shoe leather.

My mother has been at Verena for over two years. My brothers an I are just very impressed with the Quality of not just the facilities but with the entire Staff working there. Not just impressed with the Management, but with the Cleaning Staff, Dining Facility Staff, etc. Everyone always smiles and seems to truly care for the residents and their guess. So much to do there for the residents and what is also impressive is seeing them (the residents)enjoying their stay there and their smiles as well. Looked around the Peninsula looking for the right place for our Mother. No one came close to what we found at Verena and the quality of the facilities and staff!!
