Vern's Wrecker & Recovery

Service was quick, it took about 30 minutes to get to me. Price was good. The first place I called said it would be over an hour to get to me and the price would be more than double what Vern charged.

I recently had the misfortune of needing a tow, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Vern’s. From the moment I called, they were incredibly responsive and understanding of my situation. The dispatcher was courteous and quickly arranged for a truck to come to my location.

These people are rude take down reviews and act like stuff is suppose to be how they want it to. You can damage someone property and don't take accountability for it.This Eric guy is rude. The company is very unprofessional and when they have someone calling to figure out what to do or to solve a problem they get mad and hang up on you. Dyna is the lady that answers the phone and gets aggressive and loud and don't want to help people her quick response is I will have them call you hours and days later still no call. If I can put 0 starts I would have put a few.

Very unprofessional. The young lady that answers the phone speaks very rudely and doesn’t listen to understand! She’s very confrontational and I am having difficulty getting things resolved with them initially spoke with a Man and thought to have had an understanding now that isn’t the case since speaking with the lady rep, they are promising calls back and prolonged hold times . If you can avoid at all cost please do!

This Guy Eric just took my comment down called me because I made a Review post but didn't call me about my complaint I will see you in court you just proving me right I got my Record. Was cursed at by Dyna the person answering phones probably same person that put 5 stars on the business review just todo it they will not send you to a real manager 2 young people playing
