Absolutely unprofessional! They held my car for DAYS, always making excuses like someone had an appointment, then had to vote, so I couldn’t pick it up.. all while my charges are racking up these days. How’s that my fault? Also my license plate “disappeared” off the car and I had things taken out of my car that were in the car when it was towed. Would not recommend!

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional, unprepared, and inconveniencing! Would not recommend them to pump gas in your car let alone tow it! Does not deserve to be in business!!!!!
