What a great easy experience! Stopped in looking with my daughter and found a beautiful one owner 2014 Subaru forester w/ low mileage. This car is like new . Hats off to Joe and the whole crew they went the extra mile . P.s the expresso was excellent as well !

Not your stereotypical used car dealer. Joe and all the people are straight and honest people with morals and ethics, and truly want to live to that reputation....and will offer you some great espresso while you get to know each other.

I had and continue to have great experience's with Via auto sales. both with the sales team and the service team. Sales team had a 2010 ford flex available. Drove out, once it was ready to be showed and test drove. very clean car at a very good price. I did share a few concerns I had from the test drive. They held the car for a few days and looked over my concerns and assured me that it was fine. but if i still didn't feel comfortable after the first 1000 miles they would look at it again. with that I purchased the car. after the 1000 miles my concern did surface and it was a frozen/hung up caliper effecting the brakes. I brought it in and they fixed the car in a day. and have for ever gained a customer for there service depart. I have a half hour plus drive to get to their garage but its

Spoiler alert, this is a little bit lengthy, but you definitely want to read it in full. Not only did the WHOLE Via family in the sales department go out of their way to make me and my family of 6 feel welcome, they never for a moment made me feel as though I was being pushed into a sale. I truly felt like I was among family who wanted the best possible experience for me with or without purchasing a car! We came back twice—test-driving the first day and after going other places to check out some other vehicle options, coming back the following week because we really liked the quality of the vehicle and felt completely
