Every once in a while you find a shop that you truly enjoy dealing with, and this is one of those shops! They have done painting for me on two separate occasions, on my Toyota, and in each case I have been extremely satisfied. Paint match was perfect, excellent communication and job was completed in the promised time. Thanks for a great job!

I had some damage to the front end of my truck and Dan took care of everything with my insurance company. Altogether it was professionally handled, and my bumper and front end looks brand new. Luckily, my insurance company paid for a rental truck. Enterprise picked me up from Vic Jenkins. Great experience! Thanks Dan!

I purchased a travel trailer from Greg Kneedler, General Manager of Vic Jenkins Automotive on 03/14/2024 and have had nothing but problems. The biggest issue is the water damage due to an undisclosed accident. It was Greg’s personal travel trailer that he sold on the Vic Jenkins Automotive lot. He even went so far as to slap a “Car Fax Report” sticker (see attached photo) on the window as if it had been certified. When asked for the Car Fax Report I was told it was only for cars and not travel trailers. I should have known this guy was shady. Do yourself a favor and avoid Vic Jenkins Automotive.

I’m deeply saddened and disappointed with my experience at Vic Jenkins Auto Repair. A portable jumper was stolen from the trunk of my vehicle while in their care, an irreplaceable gift from my late brother, given to me before he passed away. It held immense sentimental value. Instead of questioning their employees or checking cameras to see who took it, the shop provided a cheap replacement with no effort to match the original item. I learned, after the fact of course, they have a “remove valuables” policy, which appears more like a disclaimer for internal theft than a precaution for customers. I chose not to pursue legal action solely because of this policy, but I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this business. If you choose to have your car serviced or repaired here, do not leave
