Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne Parts Center

On 7/7/2025, I took my 2018 RAV4 for a recall at Toyota of Boerne. The recall work was performed promptly and accurately. This review is submitted because of the excellent service provided by my Service Provider, Clinton Ray. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly smile, and Clinton proceeded to efficiently and accurately process my reason for service. While I was waiting for the service to be performed on my vehicle, Clinton kept me informed and furnished me the video of the work that the maintenance tech had performed and also what the maintenance tech had observed during his follow on inspection of my vehicle. When asked about the results of the inspection (explanation of the maintenance that was recommended, the urgency & value of the recommended service), Clinton was patient,

Call about a used car. Guy named Ricardo left me a message if I want to see the car it's parked in the back lot if I come up to see it to come to the front office. So me and my wife went to see it asked for Ricardo waited a few minutes he comes out says did you make an appointment if not he will make one for me this guy is out of his mind I drove a ways spent gas and time to go see it for him to say that. Then he calls me the next day and ask me if I want to go see the car. This guy wasted my time and gas the first time. I would not recommend this guy at all. Beware do not give this guy your business ask for someone else.

I was impressed and very pleased with the experience dealing with the repair. They were responsive and quick and were very professional in dealing with me. Cassandra help and pushed my repair through making sure it was done right. I have no problem in recommending them for your body repairs.
