Vic's Auto Care

I was in town from West Palm Beach when my car started stuttering and blowing white smoke from the exhaust. Not knowing the area, an awesome gal offered to drive me to Vic's, which was thankfully only about a quarter mile from where I was. Matt immediately looked at my car, read the engine code, added some oil (it was low) and put water into my reservoir (also very low). I mentioned I have a mechanic I use closer to my house, and he gave me an alternate route home to avoid driving on 95. I asked what the charge would be, and he refused any money! I would certainly recommend this shop, as the technicians were considerate and amazing, and really put my mind at ease in in difficult situation.

Vic was very straight forward and sincere in his business interactions. Concise and clear so you were confident in what was being done and what to expect. The rest of the staff was friendly as well showing care for you as the customer, not merely focusing on the car and the work it needed. Comfortable waiting lounge with clean, comfortable furniture as well.

Vic was super helpful with diagnosing what's wrong with the vehicle and getting me a fair quote quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I have been to 4-5 mechanics in the last 5 years. off of a recommendation I went to Vic’s Auto Care. Vic was up front and honest no pressure at all. He was very knowledgeable, professional and informative. The shop is clean with good service and the cost was better than expected. Will definitely be be going there for future vehicle maintenance. He will do an excellent job.

My girlfriend and I have used Vic’s for a number of instances. Vic and his entire staff are friendly, professional, and incredibly honest. They have done a great job with everything. We know for certain that we will continue to use their services.
