Nice people. They explain everything and work with you if you have your vehicle impounded. They tell you who to contact and how much their fees will be, but that's besides your dealerships fees and cost to get vehicle back.

Even after vehicle was cleared they were Very rude, disrespectful, dishonest, belittling and unapologetic business i have ever dealt with! They used the current pandemic to cover their tail for the false information they provided. That’s very disappointing and disrespectful to those who lost their lives or suffered from Covid. Attempting to take more then what was owed should be reported the state. I hope others don’t let these bullies do this to them.

This place is poorly ran. If you're a transporter be prepared to leave voicemails and wait. I can only drive 11 hours in 14 hours. Victoria auto recovery needs to look up the road rules for transporters and understand what ELD means. Either they dont care, or they are just plain stupid.

Super understanding, super kind , this isn’t the kind of business where your customers are cheerful and thankful and he could have been such a rude person but he was amazing and super kind!

The driver repossessed my car stole my cologne and prescribed sunglasses. Very unprofessional .
