Dennis went above and beyond. He was honest, transparent, efficient. Bought Mini Cooper, that had a check engine light and crack in the windshield. He was transparent and they were both an easy fix at the official Mini Cooper Dealership. Overall a pleasurable experience and would buy a car from Dennis again.

Very good experience. Came from Houston to buy a car, found it to be in good condition as was described over the phone and online. I am still happy with the purchase and the car is great. Great price and the owner was good and honest about the sale and did everything he could on his part. Thank you very much.

We were referred to Victoria Auto Direct by another dealership, which to us was a strong referral. When we arrived and described what we were looking for, Dennis had the perfect car for us. The entire buying experience was a good one and we will go here first when we are ready for another vehicle!

Didn’t have a good experience at all with this dealership. I’m not really sure where the “good reviews” come from. This dealership is dishonest and will tell you one thing and then another. We were coming in from out of town to purchase a vehicle (3 hr drive), Dennis said we couldn’t meet cause he had a dr’s appointment. The next thing I know, he emailed us that same day saying he sold the car. He won’t work with you on price and even if he did, he’ll end up selling it to someone else. Stay far away from this joke of a dealership. Not worth the hassle and you can probably find a more honest dealership somewhere else.

Drove down today to victoria to see a toyota tundra he had listed on his and the carfax site. it was excactly like listed. I had called Dennis on thursday night and he held the car untill we went to look at it saturday. he is very knolegable about cars. he even worked with us on the price. definitly worth the drive from houston. I would buy from him again.
